Collision at sea leaves foreigners injured E-mail

Malaysian News Agency reported that Thai police are blaming bad weather for a collision at sea that left 38 people injured, including 17 foreigners.

The mishap occurred on 26 June in the waters between two islands about 600 km south of Bangkok. Police in Samui Island said the boats collided during a storm shortly before midnight.
