Carmel School announces appointment of new Elementary School Head |

Rabbi David Serkin has been appointed as the new Head of the elementary school of Hong Kong’s Carmel School. Serkin will take up the position for the coming academic year beginning in August. Professor David Zweig headed and organised the committee that led the international search for the new head of the school. Mark Konyn, Chairman of the Board said, “We were very fortunate to have been able to attract a number of very high calibre candidates to Hong Kong.
