Israel signed water agreements with Taiwan, Kenya and the UK, at WATEC 2011 conference, held in November in Tel Aviv. The agreements will increase water-technology cooperation between Israel and the three countries.

For Taiwan, the water agreement encompasses the fields of resource management, water purification, wastewater treatment, recycling and reuse, and irrigation. In addition exchange of experts and scholars, exchange of technologies and data, and joint seminars will be implemented.
